Hello from The Claiborne Mansion in the heart of New Orleans! I hope you and your loved ones are safe and in good health during this difficult time.

To help protect my community, my guests, and our health care system, I’ve made the following decisions:

  • All reservations between now and May 10th have been cancelled.
  • The Claiborne Mansion will remain closed until Sunday, May 10th, 2020 (Mother’s Day), or until we receive the all clear signal from the governor of Louisiana.

I’m reaching out to all guests who have made reservations during the affected period. If you have any questions about your reservation or haven’t heard from me yet, please contact me.

For most of us this is strange new territory, but we’ll figure it out together. I’ll continue to keep in touch with you through the website and post updates on the status of The Claiborne Mansion as needed.

To borrow a beloved New Orleans saying and update it for the current situation, laissez les bon temps rouler—à la maison, or “Let the good times roll—at home.”

Stay healthy, stay safe, and I look forward to seeing you soon,

Cleo P. Pelleteri

P.S. Although nothing is certain, it’s looking like we’re going to have a busy October here in New Orleans. If you live within driving distance, please consider paying our city, and The Claiborne Mansion, a visit once we have the all clear signal. Thanks!
